COVID19: A Letter to Our Customers

To our valued customers:

Together, we are facing a truly unprecedented situation. The global coronavirus pandemic is affecting all of our families, our businesses, our communities, and our way of life. During this time, I wanted to reach out and update you on how we are approaching the situation at American Team Managers Insurance Services (ATM).

First and foremost, our hearts go out to anyone who has been impacted by the virus, either directly or indirectly. Our thoughts are especially with those who are sick, to whom we extend our heartfelt wishes for a full recovery.  We are truly thankful for and inspired by the selfless healthcare workers around the world who are on the front lines working tirelessly to care for people in need.

Second, at ATM we are focused on the health and safety of our employees, families and communities.  Effective immediately, in addition to educating our employees on COVID-19 symptoms and healthy safety practices to reduce the possibility of infection, most ATM employees are equipped to work remotely and will be doing so until further notice. While it is a complex shift to make on such a large scale, we are committed to working closely with our employees and clients to execute this shift as smoothly as possible and to strive to deliver the highest levels of performance, service and availability.  You can continue to contact ATM staff by email or leave a message on their voice mail.  ATM’s employees will respond promptly.  Our employees will comply with our regular office hours which will remain 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. PST.  In addition to the day-to-day supervision and guidance, ATM managers will speak with ATM employees a minimum of once per day by phone.  With structured weekly meetings by phone, we ensure our teams are working towards our common goals of excellent performance, service and availability.

Third, even as we deal with this pandemic, ATM remains focused on your customers insurance needs. While all our businesses are in uncharted territory, we want to let you know that we have an amazing team at ATM and we are here for you.  We will continue to quote, bind and provide customer service activities during this temporary situation.  We will continue to operate at full capacity.  As your partner, we have taken the steps to safeguard our level of service.  As this situation continues to evolve, we will keep you advised of any significant changes to our operations.

This moment reminds us that we are all connected like never before. We are called upon to be our best selves, with patience, understanding and compassion. On behalf of all of us at ATM, we are committed to being your partner and persevering together in all the days and years ahead.

As we go forward, we will be sure to keep you updated as the need arises, and know that we always value your questions, ideas and feedback.
